  • I pretty sure they also have to run/jog as part of the workout and their diet is definitely a LOT different from ours so ONLY doing these training exercised wont really make a difference :( but it would be awesome if it did.

  • i've been doing this for about 2months, everyday, 3 times in a row, and let's just say, it does not work! well for me anyways :( i felt my calves are either the same or bigger. i measured, and it was the exact same as before i did it.

  • @xoxogirlyy If you heard that last part by Sunny, you could potentially make your leg thicker by doing this.

  • @xoxogirlyy Have you been eating/exercising/sleeping properly as well? Genetics also remain a factor.

    Additionally, exercise builds muscle, so if you already had a toned leg it would be hard to cut down on the size simply by exercising.

  • btw, of course I did other excerise. pffft, i mean walking back and forth from my computer to my tv is a very difficult process in which I burn quite a lot of calories ;) i knew it wouldn't do anything, just didn't want to believe it... but check out "diethealth" on youtube! she helped me, no spam or anything like that
