  • Wow! Never got to see him with a band this big. I guess this is very early 80's. About the only guy I recognized was Diblasio.

  • Check out the info. I wrote, the year was 83'. That's the reason I write a leyend with my videos.

  • Is he still alive? Please tell it to me...

  • Please!

  • This video is a perfect example of why Maynard is so widely and deeply loved! He put his Heart & Soul, whole & entire into EVERY performance! When He walked offstage He had left it all out there, there was no holding back, EVER! I miss him so and that's why I cherish these youtube moments with him! Thank you for posting & keeping His memory alive!

  • My Lord, he invented another high note!!!!!!!!!

  • So high I couldn't even hear it. >.>

  • @Polishjazzman I saw them many times in that era. They were amazing RIP Boss. Stan Mark is on the near side during Chameleon, later was the sound man

  • @Sichr27 Nope, he died....

  • @mitchy890 macarthur park

  • Whats the name of the very first song he play?

  • 4:04 was interesting to see him play soprano. played pretty good on it too.

  • Saw them that year in a high school auditorium in Dallas. The Bissonett Bros were amazing together. Tight and funky.

  • Book this band into my school in '82, '83, & '84... not only great musicians, but great people. tpstrat14... when you accomplish what he did, let me know

  • Are you kidding me? I had no idea Maynard ever played soprano sax!
