Education is the endgame? Not tactics and documentation aplenty on that war and playing army with your buds? Not wearing neat outfits and playing dead? Many were forced yes, much like the Irish were forced right off the boats, its called drafting and both sides used the tactic.

Many blacks wearing gray were freed men, and an estimated 300 thousand served in combat, most of the time in an attempt to save there own lives from union skirmishers.

Mexicans also Id like to point out there active duty in the Confederate army.

Thousands of Mexicans served in the Confederacy as vollunteers, most of which were from Texas.

Id also like to add the Cherokee were loyal to the Southern Cause, as they South promised the Indians land titles, and exclusive use of Oklahoma territory.

The indians in Oklahoma were loyal to the south till the end, yes there loyalty was fueled by there hatred of the United States but there loyalty was true.

Stand Watie was one of the last Confederate holdouts.

The whites surrendered the Cherokee fought on under the southern banner.

Also there were Tens of thousands of blacks in gray.

I was simply saying to the brainwashed yankee the union was activly murdering thousands of indians during the war while the CSA was makeing them allies.

The Cheyenne never pledged alliegence to the Confederacy, however many Cheyenne pledged alliegence to the Union, do you know what they got in return?

They were murdered in cold blood while old glory was waveing over the cheifs tent.

@TexianPride Also I want to add, those indians like the Cheyenne, they fought us not because they believed in the southern cause, but because they hated the USA. Rightfully hating US or not is debateable. Also the fact that the indians owned slaves. Im proud to say that we had black people serve our country. Did any blacks serve the CSA? Maybe, but they were forced to, because they were slaves. Also do you think they seved in combat? NO!

@TexianPride Even during the war, northerners and southerners hated indians. They were a perfect scapegoat. Southerners massacred Indians even before the Civil War. You could say that they were American soldiers, but things were diferent those days. Armies were devided by region. Alot of southern militias killed alot of Indians, like the Texas Rangers. I gaurantee you there was no northerner in the texas Rangers. Most of our founders had slaves, but many did not. Remember that.

@RebelSoldat1 Doesn't matter how many Southerners owned slaves. BTW...the inability to own slaves, does not assume opposition to the institution. The CSA was founded by and for slave owners.

You can't invade your own country. The Union was suppressing a rebellion, which it had every right to do.

LOL...Stand Waite was NOT full blood Cherokee. He was also a slave-owning planter, and he persecuted full-blood Cherokee (like John Ross) who wanted to remain neutral in the conflict.

@UnionStatesHeritage Yes, but did you tell them that 96% of Southerners didn't own slaves? And I guess if the it was just for the Yankees to invade the South for your "slavery," than it must've been just for the British to shoot us for revolting against technically lawful taxes. And you know that the last Confederate to surrender was an American Indian, right?
