  • I'm not a catholic. I am protestant - BUT: it is fabulous that there are people who dedicate their entire life to praise God and pray for their fellow human beings. Can't think of a single protestant I know that does/did that.

  • What beautiful human beings!

  • @socksumi u are so ignorant

  • This is just an out-ward show! If you want to know the truth about catholic nuns like cloistered nuns, pls enter these following words in your search engine...Sister Caarlotte's Testimony-Cloistered Nuns Hellish Life-Critical Info!!! "show more" 1/10

  • They are truly the most happiest ,loving beings on Earth!

  • The nuns I remember were mostly nasty creatures who loved to terrorize and scream hell threats at kids. They had this demented fascination with suffering.

  • It takes an incredibly amazing person to give up all worldly goods, attitudes and lifestyles to give their lives to the service of God. I have the utmost respect and admiration for these amazing women.

  • So beautiful!

  • @thecolaratlady actually, i wish i had religion in my younger yrs, i would have become a nun instead of getting married.. i hope it wont be too late for me if something were to happen to my husband

  • @thecolaratlady forgive me for all my questions, but unfortunately my parents never took my getting religion serious, they did have me go to some baptist church for a lil while (which i didnt like) but they never went.i was told my paternal grandmother baptized me catholic would that count? both my grandmother and grandfather had nuns, priests in their families. im 44 yrs old, married 27 yrs and the idea of becoming a nun is very strong to me in the event of his death whenever god calls him home.

  • I would like to know why there is hardly any talking within the orders, how many times a day do you pray? how do you get anything done praying and singing all day? doesnt the bible say something about god wont listen to repetitious prayer? what recreation do you do? what is required to becoming a nun? how do you financially support yourselves, buy food, personal supplies and other things? do you do any charitable services?
