do you think that the reason that D3 is so effective on preventing/stabilizing illness is because its chemical structure is similar to that of natural steroids?

@vonka245 Yes. In fact, the research shows that at the optimal level, between 50-80ng/ml, vitamin D3 actually acts more like a hormone and when it is lower than 50ng/ml it acts more like a vitamin.

Man will search and struggle and grapple and grope for the truth until he finds it. Only then is he free. The Bible is the final source of truth- about God, creation, life, death, men, women, children, husbands, wives, fathers, mothers, friends, and enemies.

This is clearly not true. Why don't you stop repeating false information that you read in books and start thinking for yourself! According to my research and the Bible the earth is clearly only six thousand and eleven years old. Guess they didn't teach you that at school!

Hi there. I do all of that but I still get sick? I dont get it??? No matter what I do I still get sick. I even take olive leaf extract, pycnogenol and selenium bound yeast

tablets. 6 iu Vd3 2 times a day!
