@potfarm1234 no there is a big difference 4wd sends power to all four wheels but cannot transfer power to wheels with more traction. which means if two wheels were on ice and two were on pavement 4wd would send the power to the easiest route which would spin only the tires on the ice. A good awd system like subaru can send power to where the most traction is and will allow the car to move.
