In reality I believe millions of Americans would love to see Bush and Cheney on trial for the shit they pulled and the fact of the matter is they haven't even seen a scratch for the thousands who have died over their lies and incompetence.

Will the defence of KSM have the balls to put evidence out there, or allowed to have access to evidence that could influence the outcome of a trial? No. anyone who believes that they would is a fool.
