@ThePlayerSupremeshow I did a full body workout last night. I did 4 sets of 10 for bench press, pull-ups, and deadlifts, and added in 2 sets of shrugs and shoulder raises....BUT IM NOT SORE?.....did I do something wrong? Thank for your advice!

@kallo1234 Well if there is no gym then those exercises will have to do. go to my site that I posted and do your abs from the program that I put up. Takes only 4 minutes or so.

For the 2 fellas who's panty feelings that I hurt ...my bad fellas but get over it. I've been doing this business for over 25 years. I've trained other trainers and bodybuilders (winners) so I do know my stuff. I realize you guys google shit and think you know some shit which is cool for you. But your not trainers. Okay so don't get it twisted and don't let your feelings run you like a bitch.
