How to put custom songs into Guitar Hero 3 for PS2 (Part 1)

With this new program, you can completely skip using pak editor and qb inject. All you have to do is send this program directly to EXTRACT_DIR. Put your chart in the same folder. Click on the program. Type in the number of the song you want to replace. And follow the rest of the instructions and walla! You just made an instant pak file. Then after you've made as many pak files as you want with qb gen, delete both source and qb gen. Then delete all of the chart files you put in that folder. It's that easy. Next, all you do is repack all of the file using hed edit. Then ur on to Audacity. Do all that stuff(watch rest of vids) and basically you are through. This program saves loads of time. It enables you to put many different charts in GH3 without having to worry about the beats of the song.

I got GH Smash hits on Ps2 and a red octane wireless guitar mode#95449.805 It will flash red on both receiver and transmitter. not sure if the receiver is the right one got the guitar from a pawn shop the receiver #'s R (model/ 95121.806:/ FCC ID/ VFIBW90121806:/. IC/ 7196A-90121806). while the guitar # R(MODEL/ 95449.805:/ FCC ID/ VFIBW95449805:/ IC/ 7196A-95449805) So any help would be appreciated from me and my daughter.

Would really be grand with a "tools" list. Showing every program that is not originaly on a windows Pc, that you'll need. also, its kinda blurry to me at least, can't really figure out whats what with the new movie and all. :S

What I'd like is something maybe a little more detailed, explaining what everything does, and why you'll need this.
