In Japanese the name of the terrain parts is "地下" (underground), you can try it.

the music is not from game, but by post-production. and 01:17 sorry I don't know what terrain did you mean.

The key point is to cancel the red target star, then shortly click the triangle button (in water). You can try reproduce the act near 2:14. Don't sure US version can do that...but good luck.
