That was the worst Nintendo press conference ever ever.

Actually, they are talking shit the entire time, dont show any interesting new games, no Zelda, no Mario.

And Cammie is fail. She is the "typical casual" and I, as a "Core-Gamer" dont want to see her again (but she will be on stage on E3 2009).

people keep saying this E3 was just as bad as nintendo's 2007 presentation but i beg to differ, yes the games showed were more casual then anything BUT LOOK ON THE BRIGHTSIDE.......REGGIE DIDNT BOMBARD PEOPLE WITH BORING ASS CHARTS!

me didnt like 2011 e3 too.. i dont like that whole idea about wiiu with that controller and stuff.. i have a wii and i dont do anything with it even if i have mario galaxy i think its just boring. im sorry for wii fans not to make you angry but i hope nintendo will get it right again like n64 and gamecube..

It's obvious you've never owned a PS3. The PSP has next to nothing, but the PS3 has the best exclusive titles in this past 5 years--no competition: Uncharted, Metal Gear Solid, Resistance, Demons Souls, FF Versus 13, Warhawk, Twisted Metal, The Last Guardian, Killzone, LittleBigPlanet, God of War, Gran Turismo, Ratchet and Clank, ... just to name the must-haves. You're a fanboy tool.

I grew up Nintendo-only all the way to the GameCube, but Nintendo is dead.

Worthwhile? Bullshit. No one can deny the greatness of the Mario Galaxy games, but they do NOT justify the console price. Metroid Prime 3 was dull, Smash Bros had crippled online (but was a great game), and that's ... it. Every third-party effort was lackluster and could have been achieved on the PS2.

To me, at least, the Wii WAS worthwhile. I got more games and enjoyment out of it than my PS3 and PSP. Butthurt nothing. Besides, this does not justify necro posting. I was attempting to end the conversation because of that, not because "I wasn't enjoying it", but because it's pointless to talk about Nintendo's 2008 E3 show at this point.
