Does this one support Android too? I've been searching and seen all adapters support everything but Android? WHY and WHY?

I want to try this to hook with AlfaR36. In this way, the AlfaR36 will become a hotspot, and no need to install driver. Only go to the adress from a web browser to activate the unit, and ready to go. Am I correct?

If this unit works with my android tablet, I will buy a directional panel antenna to maximum its Wifi range for my mom since she lives in a place known as "Nowhere"
