i want everyone that is reading this comment to take the time to rewind this video and place yourself in that diver seat of the buffalo that's recording and just take the feel like your really there (and don't expect the explosion that's the whole point of this) i bet you doing this would make an serviceman grateful your doing this just to show you what they go through on a daily basis but glad everyone was safe

Yeah they did. It looks like they took forever but when I was there everything happened so fast. At least I walked out ok.... That truck can take a hell of a hit i'll tell ya.

The vehicle is designed to spread the force of an explosion away from the vehicle so that it doesn't pierce the hull. But that doesn't mean it's immune to an explosion, now if a humvee was struck by that IED it would have ripped through it and likely had no survivors. In the Buffalo everyone survived.

Rushing into a spot like that only gets more people killed. There are alot of times secondary IEDS's or bad guys with ak's n RPG.
