@joebud321 I think it is a good idea to tell tandem students what is going on because it is a TI's responsibility to inform what is going on and why he or she reacted to whatever might come up (in this case it was safer to do so after the fact). Regardless if these students come back to go through the motions to become licensed skydivers or if it was just a once-in-a-lifetime thing, they are, in fact skydiving students and need to be treated and educated as such.
