Not only does the quality of fish that is in your fish oil make a difference but the fact of whether or not it can break down and do what it's intended to do is important. Most folks will buy the product #1 because the TV says it's good but #2 because it's on sale. The cheapest is NOT always the best - It would be advisable to test your fish oil (and any other vitamin supplements you are currently purchasing) to test their ability to break down and be absorbed by the body - you take the supplement because you want the benefits of the supplement but - do you know what you're really getting?

  • This is load of crap. It doesn't really prove anything.

  • @mkupnik And your credentials to dispute this are?

  • @pcincome Do I really need them?

All this proves is that one capsule falls apart in water faster than the other one. But who cares? Since stomach has acid. So why even bother proving this?

And when you pass that point, the only thing that this video could possibly prove is that one fat passes the cup faster then the other. You can not compare cup with stomach. Do YOU have some scientific prof that they are equal somehow? And there is more ..

  • @mkupnik I'm not the scientist in the experiment but I am the student and Dr Ignarro is my Dr/Teacher, I suggest you ask him the infinite details you are looking for. wwwDOTdrignarroDOTcom

  • i did a similar test to this. I put in about a small palm full of chunks of styrofoam into a glass and poured steaming water in it and added 1 fish oil capsule. It actually took a while for the capsule to break down in the hot water, not sure if its because of its enteric coating, but so little oil came out that i had to cut it open with a knife in the water. But boy when all that oil was let go, it disintegrated 90% of the styrofoam which was really impressive

  • @stavs16 The point is though, you had to cut the capsule open to get the oil to do what it's supposed to do. When you eat that fish oil capsule, the question would be then, how long does it take for your body to break down that capsule to the point where the oil comes out and does it's job? If it doesn't break down before your body digests and passes it, then is it really doing what you think it's doing?

  • @XKUNXEntertainment

    Thank you, buddy.

How about some constructive observation now. :)

  • @gokou006

Moron. Go look up the chemical composition of Styrofoam it is 1 to a few molecules off from Transfat - Thus the oil will dissolve it. Get educated and informed

Or instead you can go watch the superbowl, get drunk and pass out on the freeway like a good little sheep of the corporations

  • @mkupnik

And you are a moronic tool. Go watch your superbowl, get drunk, and pass out on the freeway.

  • nice demonstration :).tnx

  • Omg this test does not prove that it will eat at the CHOLESTOROL in your arteries. Like attracts like. Oil will stick to oil. Foam is made from oil. All this test proves is the oil purity level. That no water was added to it. Natures made used some water to dilute their fish oil.

  • wont it eat through your stomach? this proves nothing, only that some fish oil eats through a cup, kind of scary.

  • Why foam?

  • Now Brand eat through the cup just fine and its not overly priced
