I believe it is much more productive to begin the dumbbell press at shoulder height, not at 90 degrees as you have depicted. Just some feedback... other than that, good pointers.

Very good, thank you. But you need to work on the sound quality of the video. I had to crank up the volume to be able to hear the instructions.
