US Attorney General daily contradicts NJ US AG statement!!

US AGs Reno, Ashcroft and Gonzalez have all failed even to investigate patently criminal acts of state judges on the bench. In the USA Today, Money Section, Page 1, of today, Thursday 18 January 2007 a US Attorney for or in New Jersey, Christopher Christie made a claim unknow to him to be false, that the DoJ will prosecute any member of society as to criminal conduct.

Not Florida judges by the Clinton nor the Bush Adminstrations.

THIS IS A CALL FOR A SPECIAL PROSECUTOR TO INVESTIGATE THE CONDUCT OF ALL INVOLVED IN PROTECTING FLORIDA JUDGES FROM REQUISITE CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS AS A PART OF THE LONG-AWAITED CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION OF TOO MANY JUDGES OF FIVE SEPARATE FLORIDA COURT HOUSES INCLUDING THE ONE IN TALLAHASSEE.

  • Now a link posted at TMZ

  • "... Respondent's argument clearly demonstrates his failure to understand that the right to be heard is not limited to only being heard in person. The right is preserved by permitting a party to submit his or her position in writing."

    Ridiculous, pathetic and an indictment-catalyst.

  • This is a clear indicia of more than problems in the jurisdiction [Florida] whose seven justices tolerated this becoming the law of the case to cover up prior criminal conduct of two and maybe three trial judges:

  • I agree. Judges tend to be the problem in a lot of cases across the board in which many set precedents that destroy the rights of the common citizen such as laws that have eroded 4th amendment rights in NYC. It's acceptable that cops can search and seize your property using a crime that may have happened a mile away as probable cause.

We should strengthen and expand civilian review boards so the PEOPLE can hold corrupt law enforcement accountable from cops to lawyers to judges.

  • It can't be done. There's too many, the whole system would fall apart as you are talking about at least 38% of the courts.

  • The government in my country follows all the worse examples of US system -

corruption is the top idea imported recently from USA.

  • I was fooled twice and now I will fight to the end.

  • aho mitakuya oyasin.......

meaning "we are all related" hence what is happining to those of us whom have been violated by the corruption of our legal system has a direct effect on all of us. Lawyers , Judges, law enforcement , CPS workers whom continue to participate in violating the very laws they are hired to protect shall one day see how much damage to thier own way of life it will effect for we are all related and every bit of real truth shall come to light .

  • If that "Prosecutor" was honest in doing his job,he would be murdered by the power of these judges! It would`nt be long before he/she would be taking bribes themselves in order to secure their future and their LIVES! It would take a whole panel of "Honest People" to have ANY chance of success! It is easier to bribe/threaten 1, than it is many!

  • Judges are (for the most part)lawyers that have received enough money (mostly through bribes and payoffs) to rise to the position of "Honorable" Judge! I can tell you from personal experience that ANY judge WILL sell justice, like a whore sells sex on a street corner, especially when politics are involved! 15,000 innocent people are convicted in this country every year due to many reasons, some of which are judicial.Recall the Duke LaCrosse team.If not for the media, those boys WOULD be in prison.

  • Honestly there is no 1 on american soil that can stop the u.s. goverment....
