Zazouswing

De naam van het trio is afgeleid van Les Zazous, dit waren jazzcats die het in Parijs van de jaren 30/40 de swing tot een lifestyle hadden verheven. Ze gingen gekleed in "zoot" pakken en droegen "two tone" schoenen.
Uit die tijd stamt ook de muziek van de Hot Club de France, het beroemde zigeunerjazz ensemble met de legendarische Django Reinhardt en violist Stephane Grappelli.
