I don't know what it is with my weird fascination with natto, but the stuff just blows my mind...Thanks for uploading this one. Great episode!
On another note, the seemingly near constant look of disgust on the challenger's face during the judge tasting had me laughing harder than I probably should be.

Durn... I wanted the Challenger to win too. He tried so hard and was so serious. Of course I love the Iron Chefs.. but just this once!
