I think this lady has a kind heart btw. Caring for animals vs taking from them and killing them like we do in Dairy 'Farming'.
Read the book Skinny Bitch if you want to drop weight by getting off dairy. Dairy gives you a cows ass after all. Great if your a cow but not if you want to be a lean, fit and strong human.
