It appears from her mouth movements that she has a medical condition, called Tardive Dyskinesia, which results from using anti-psychotic drugs, like Thorazine, Resperidol, etc over a period of time. This is a dead give away that she has mental problems. Now, while that should never preclude a person from a meaningful life, the White House, in selecting her as its Communications Director, has shown the World again, just how amateur they are.
