dude factory reset it by using blackberry desktop manager from there and if it doesnt work then sell it on ebay and buy a new one!:) or the 9780 or the 9900 :D thats what my friend did:)

i had this problem. it happens when you plug out your phone before the upgrate finish. do what the guy said below.

i had problems like this before but i know how to fix it. your software is corrupted so u need to download blackberry desktop manager hard rest everything in your computer than update your phone.
