Perfect if you're looking to work from home; schools; living in a remote location; or inner suburb where sounds from either outside or inside can be kept to a minimum - and being shipping containers, they can easily be winched up onto a tray truck and shipped to wherever. No need to lease that commercial property!

The actual containers are 'single trip' 20' pallet wide high cubes. Built in China very recently, sent out to Australia fully loaded, then left at the docklands - meaning virtually no chance of rust or structural issues and ensuring the longest possible life for the studios.

Basically a room floated within a room. There's a massive drop in the level of sound, getting either inside the studio or out, due to both the decoupling of the inside room from the outside structure, as well as just the sheer mass of materials used, and the different mediums sound has to travel through.
