mines on my shoulders and face, but im trying something right now for my face and once that clears i'll move on to my shoulders

wow this is the first time ive seen somebody with back acne like me!!!and mines is worse cuz im a lil lighter so how do i do it to!!

A healthy diet, exercise and showering at least once every two days, that seems to work for me. One of the most important things is not to touch your face with your hands before washing them - it's amazing how oily your hands are. I'm vegetarian too, so that helps ;)
