Nepal misses new constitution deadline

Nepal may be without a government in the coming hours, with its de-facto parliament due to be dissolved.

However, the Constituent Assembly has failed to meet a Saturday deadline to deliver a new constitution.

It's the latest political crisis for the Himalayan nation, where a bloody Maoist insurgency ended five years ago, with high hopes for a democratic future.

Al Jazeera's Subina Shrestha reports from the capital Kathmandu.

Again we are not Indian haters, but we hate Indian Administration intention of seeing Nepal as a country who should bow them. What i am saying is these people must review their strategy of making relation with nearby countries. I guess south block also doesnot have good relation with Bangladesh, Srilanka and Pakistan.

Why indian administratration (not people) are worst in nepalies Eye? 1. There is always tension between Nepal and India in boarders, and invasion has been practiced from Indian Police, But no such case between Nepal and China. 2.Indian deplomates has made worst image in nepal, cause they keep on talking Nepals internal issues, but Chinese never tried. 3. India claims Buddha was Born in India, China never claimed Mt everst is in China
