July 13, 2009 - Governor Pat Quinn signed into law bills that create the $31 billion Illinois Jobs Now! plan, which will revive the states ailing economy by creating and retaining over 439,000 jobs over the next six years.
The only overcrowding in Chicago is in UNO schools. They are overcrowded with unqualified teachers, and school leadership with questionable work records. Teacher David Corral was fired for reporting abuse. All the while Rangel makes deals that makes him mucho rico. I think Chicagoans should wise-up to this horrible UNO organization and it's gang-boss Juan Rangel.
