The people who prayed had to say certain words in their prayers. The organization who sponsored it required that and God doesn't want us to make prayer a step by step process. He wants prayer that comes from the heart.

What makes you think these people prayed ? I was there. So did jesus say: "ask anything in my name, and the father will give it to you, IF YOU ARE WITHOUT SIN ? Then don`t call this god loving, caring, compassionate, just, if we can`t see the bigger picture, or if we dont understand him. The fact remains, he promised, he doesn`t deliver, he is a liar.

What you are basically saying is that your good book actually contradicts itself, nothing is lost in translation, its perfectly translated, because i've actually read the bible to the end, its a disgusting piece of snuff-fiction, nothing else, nothing more, it was never meant to be taken literally, its for the most part metaphorical nonsense, although a few things are good, i still don't believe in any sky-wizards, thats just mental.

You can test God it's in the Bible ask some one where it is or look it up yourself. I can't remember where it is but it's in there. You can test God, however it also says not to temp the Lord your God. A lot of thing s get lost in translations and it's hard to understand things with out asking someone or looking it up for your self.

What makes you think these people prayed ? what makes you think that these people were with out sin ? Are you with out sin? All have sinned. Even I have sinned. We don't know the bigger picture here, we can only have faith and trust in him that he knows what he's doing. The reason we have faith in Jesus is because we read the book. If you want the answers you must find the answers your self. Because it's that Important.

Doesn't that really say something about your religion? if you're not supposed to test your God, or question your faith, aren't you really mindlessly believing something thats not PART of you? with that mindset you can blindly accept anything, "Oh yes, believe in us! but never question or test us, because then you'll be punished! bad bad people! shhhhh, praise us and give us money!"
