i have been doing injections and then yesterday for the first time i tried sublingual and took my 2nd dose before bed and i was out in 30 minutes..its like taking a valium for me...it's weird. i spent years taking a sleeping pill before bed and then i started hcg and bam im just out no sleeping problems at all. i hear alot of people talking about sleep issues. i think im a alien, lol....glad you made it thru your dinner ;)

@Neicydnel Well sometimes it's best we set a daily goal of just drinking our water and not cheating. I think I'm going to go with that for a bit, but wouldn't mind the 5 lbs. being gone. ;)

@chyressa I do enjoy vivid dream unless they wake me up. Last night I didn't sleep so well because of the HCG and still have not made my way for more sleep max.

@chyressa I just ate salad and got weird looks. :) I was fine with it though because now she just gives the looks and doesn't speak...thank god!

I just ordered my HCG 3 bottles of 2000IUs and am very excited to get started. A quick question, what size needles do you use and is it ok for me to get the injection kit the says it's for 5000IU? Thanks and good luck, Im pretty sure you didnt gain over 3 pounds over night probably water retention :)

@supakb20 I used 29g insulin syringes to inject and yes, the 5000iu kit should be fine. :) I bet it was the water retention cause I just couldn't fathom how I put on that much weight.
