Re: Iphone VS Curve: Texting

I thought that the video over the curve and iphone texting speed was a little bit odd. So I made my own, showing you the real difference. I don't have a iPhone but I have a ipod touch which has the same virtual keyboard. I used the same sentence you used, "Which phone is better for typing the curve or the iphone?"
Note: When I saw this video, I noticed that when I used my blackberry, it looked like it was speeded up... but it's really not.. I think the LED coverage light proves that. Also, notice that I didn't misspell a thing on the blackberry and the spell check on the ipod had to be used a lot.

The Blackberry Curve has a real keyboard so it's easier to type on and it's faster than the Blackberry Storm. The Blackberry Storm works with a one button touchscreen so it might be a bit weird to get used to. The newer version of the Blackberry Curve and the Blackberry Storm have similar if not same functions so it's more of a preference for you, either a one button touchscreen or a real qwerty keyboard.

ya, i like it, Actually, I'm still using this phone. But ironically, I plan to get the next iPhone or maybe the generation after that, depending on how the keyboard changes.

They're doing it on purpose. Every time they put out a new ipod or something it only has like 1 or 2 new features that they could've added to the one before it. The iphone is still pretty good phone, but Fuck Apple

@oodles12 that wouldn't matter. My fingers cover about a third of the keyboard, but i can still type resonably quickly. It just takes some getting use to.

quality sucks and obviously if iphone's spell check is on it'll be slower. turn it off. berry keys are way to small for my fingers
