Dear pianopavilion, Can you test for me how many repetitions per second you can make on a key? It is not necessary to test every key. An average number is sufficient. Thanks!
@samuelishmedia You are absolutely right! I got the two pierces mixed up. Thanks. Incidentally, I own a 1996 Broadwood, bought then for my 3 children's higher grade piano lessons. They have since obtained teaching & performing diplomas.
@TheDrtimur The first part comes from 3rd movement of Chopin's Piano Sonata No 2 - Funeral March. Note the 'chopin' and 'classical' tags. I do not know Barry Manilow. It could be an adaptation?
He is playing the beginning of Barry Manilows "come to me Now before the vocal starts.. great low range great dynamics...some work on the top end and it will be superb.....
excuisite sound but pleas a little less pedal. What year is the broadwood from?

@sunch28 This is wrong actually. The first part is Chopin's prelude in C minor Op 28 No 20.

@TheIan09 in 1870 pianos were tuned to 450... the 'low tuning' is a myth

@GrotrianSeiler most pianos made back then had weak sounding treble sections, especially the square grands.
