@TheMinecrafterNerd It works great for me. No problems whatsoever, and my graphics card isn't even supported by ATI/AMD anymore. Runs very smoothly.

@TheMinecrafterNerd It has flash in both 32-bit AND 64-bit. I'm currently running 64-bit flash on Ubuntu 11.10 64-bit

Very impressive! But why not to create a partition for each OS? What happens if you add a flash disk? Do both OSes access it simultaneously?

Oh i meant without the black around it, like if you had it as an os. Is there any way to do that.

Install guest addition. After pushing ctrl+f wait for a while (on my laptop it takes a few moments to go fullscreen). You may also need to set xp screen resolution according to youyr screen (1024x768 in my case)
