Anybody who has had to move all their data from one computer to another knows that it isn't always the easiest thing to do. Large storage devices and easier-to-setup networks have decreased the learning curb somewhat, but the uberGeek world has been lacking a fast, simple and inexpensive mass-transit system for our data.

That was, until Data Drive Thru released their Tornado.

This USB 2.0 device might just set the standard for fast, easy and drama-free data transfer.

  • there should be an episode of bad reviews so i know what not to buy

  • I've thought about it... but most of the products that we choose not to review are just not all that fun to play with, shoot or edit.... Besides... we really hate being negative. We prefer to let people know what we liked, enjoyed and found useful.

  • $60 for basically a 4 ft usb cable. i think thats little of a rip off.

  • loppydisk --- it's not just a 4ft USB cable. You can't actually plug a USB cable into two computers and have them connect to one another. There is a bunch of circuitry that goes into the Tornado that contains the auto-loading software and the components that allow you to transfer data.
