Well we see 2 other white work vans parked on the side, and the one moving must have been stolen on the spot, after one of the persons left it on...that's my best guess...but I wouldn't worry if it was me, because its a company truck they can pay for it, atleast its not a badass ss camaro.

The idiots are the people grabbing the driver from outside the car, regardless of what the dirver did you don't grab on to them while they are driving. If I was the driver of the van I would of drove straight off first time.
