Definitely fighting. The challenge with Capoeira is that most kicks have some much spin / centrifugal force that it's not practical to practice full contact. Capoeiraists instead fight and practice this way and can tell when they "would" have been struck or bested by another. If you don't know the art you can easily be hurt
