Okay, I am from America and I would NEVER eat that sandwich. It sounds disgusting! A bagel with egg, cheese, bacon and tomato sauce...gross. My husband would probably try it because he likes ketchup on his eggs, but he's weird.

A bagel with Canadian bacon, smothered with ketchup, topped with an egg than cheese.

Simple, but not very nice to my, raised as an American, taste. I feel surprised that they seem to have gotten it so wrong!

Yet maybe I'm wrong, so, to any fellow Americans; is this sandwich, supposedly representing the all American average sandwich, weird to you or does it seem normal or predictable?
(I think, since when does the average American have ketchup with an egg? And on a bagel!?)

Its supposed to be BBQ sauce. Im American too and dont know anyone that puts BBQ sauce on their breakfast sandwich. Maybe they should have just given Australia the McRib? LOL

It seems closer to an English breakfast than an american one. I can't think of anyone ever eating this combination that I know of. I know I haven't.
