One of the reasons I posted this video was because of you. I have did flying armbars both ways. I have seen countless people hurt do these armbars by swinging the leg over. By doing it the way I am showing in this video you take about half the impact. You still take impact though. The one I did here is fast and hard as you get with someone your own size. Damn, when I see how fast and hard you come down, it makes me cringe thinking about when I heard my collarbone go crunch. I didn't apply it like yours though. Mine was by swinging my leg over my opponent and I crashed down on an angle -- 230 lbs of weak bones hitting the mat at full speed, from high up (I'm 6'6"). I don't think I'm going to try that again. I've got a plate screwed on. I'm going to stick to leg sweeps for a while. lol
