Isn't "Who won the American/English civil war?" kind of a trick question?

@KayBeeEee1983 I'd love to have heard him say that Cromwell's roundhead's beat the king and beheaded him or that America's old war with itself still indicates cultural differences that are apparent even today (looking at voting habits for e.g.) but nope. These are questions to see how his mind works and to let it wander free as an open question rather than closed one.

It's all genuine, as you can probably tell. Whether Andy is medically "slow" or not isn't officially down as a record. He is not medically recognised as having a condition or mental illness either. Much of what has contributed to him being this way is absolute lack of will to learn.
