@francisco77pp Good observation...if the whole infrastructure moves to digital delivery then there would be very little need for the physical branch infrastructure that exists now and little need to show a person wasting time going to a branch. It is hard for organisations to unknow what they currently know.

The mobile device... obsolete...
Why going to a branch if all that technology can give you access to almost everything (access, documents, authentication) without goign out from home/office or wherever you are... .. I like this kind of videos, it's funny how enterprises look at future preserving todays paradigms....

Revelation's chapter 13 verse 16-18 the number of man, biometrics cashless society. total control from birth to death, a licence to get married a license to have children and to marry. notice in these Microsoft vision of the future that there are hardly any people around? that's there agenda to %80 at least reduction on population using forced vaccinations, as stated by the white house science adviser john p holdren?
