Im in the military and workout constantly yet for
me Ive always had issues with my waistline no
matter the amount of cardio and situps I do. After
losing 20lbs only an inch came off my waistline.
However, through the help pf this program at the site:

Hey there! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my sister got hot Six pack abs and lost a ton of belly fat with it.

@EmpowerYourBody My goals.... Getting more healthy. People I know say that I'm thin, but I don't feel that way. I would really like to get a stomach with marked abs. =/

I started watching your videos, there amazing! I always join gym but I never get this kind of advise! I have one q regarding the abs work out and glutes. Do i work on them straight away or do I need to do a lot of cardio first to burn fat, I have a lot of fat! I weigh 92 and I should be around 79 according to my GP doctor. It will really mean a lot to me if you advise me. Thank you

@iManamaa Hello and thank you for watching! If your doctor has specifically suggested you decrease your overall fat, then I do suggest incorporating cardio as well as resistance training. If she means tone...then focus on resistance training circuits. Be well. Alycia

hello aycia... im doing abs work out almost one year and yet there's nothing development. im running 3x a week swimming 2x a week..can you give me some advise..thank you... more power!!
