Rings are TOUGH.

How many normal dips do you think you need to do before you can do a ring dip?

Holy shit that's one strong woman.
I'm surprised that you can do that many pullups though and not be able to do full dips. I do about equal numbers of the two.

What you label "easy" is totally impossible for all but the strongest, toughest, and most fit women! Great job!

It's a spinning class. Lord knows why they had the disco lights - maybe to make it look exciting...

A friend of mine made the curved ring bit and the straps are roof rack straps. So I can't really take any credit for them.

Hey friend, keep up with the good work, one of the best things to help you with the rings, is keeping your arms very tight against your body, work on static holds, and grip training as well. Jason<~~~All Around Strength
