My first session with homemade rings. Pull-ups, dips, press-ups, inverted rows. Check out an awesome ring training guide at http://gubernatrix.co.uk/2008/03/muscle-up-and-ring-training-guide/

  • Was there a disco in the background...lol

  • It's a spinning class. Lord knows why they had the disco lights - maybe to make it look exciting...

  • Been trying to reply to your comment on my vid but it ain't working for some reason. Any ways Thanks mate!!! Loving your innovative rings!!! What did you use to make'em!!!

  • A friend of mine made the curved ring bit and the straps are roof rack straps. So I can't really take any credit for them.

  • Hey friend, keep up with the good work, one of the best things to help you with the rings, is keeping your arms very tight against your body, work on static holds, and grip training as well. Jason<~~~All Around Strength

  • Cheers for the tip.

You might be interested in a book I'm currently reading - Building the Gymnastic body: the science of gymnastic strength training by Christopher Somer.

  • Rings are TOUGH.

  • How many normal dips do you think you need to do before you can do a ring dip?

  • They're not even rings

  • nice training !

    i love ring too

  • lol@ the lady weighing her self......srry im mean

  • Holy shit that's one strong woman.

I'm surprised that you can do that many pullups though and not be able to do full dips. I do about equal numbers of the two.

  • What you label "easy" is totally impossible for all but the strongest, toughest, and most fit women! Great job!
