@SoloWing808 yeah it is but it takes at least 2-6 bleachings depending on the color your hair is

15 min is to low for a bleach. You need to let it minimum 30 min. Almost 1 h. And after use a purple shampoo or a toner to white it a little. Dont worry, if you let the bleach 50min to 1 h your hair will be fine. 15-20 min is to low that is why it didn't light.

We didnt use a toner, because we dyed her hair after we bleached it. this video only showed us bleaching it. xD

Hey! You can always try a medium brown! That looks good most Asians. What my asian friends do when they wanna go lighter and not bleach their hair, they buy a really light hair color and it makes their hair brown. Or try The Japanese hair Palty i herd good things about that brand!

no, even hair dye you start from bottom down and then the roots. unless you are covering gray hairs. hehe!
