@kluj12 do you mean what do i use to make the strobes and stuff like that?

if yes, i use the emergency lights mod, download the last version it's very good and remember to install cleo 4 library.. i hope i helped you out =)

i deleted and reinstalled GTA many times from that time..

@cjrd28051994 If you have an img editor program, you can open gta3.img and probably somehow export the towtruck TXD and DFF files and upload them.

@chavajr99 Do you mean in the game? you can get it near the docks in los santos or getting the "GTA-SA +113 Trainer" spawning it
