In 1967 Pontiac put the GTO on to the streets with a 400ci V8. This
number matching engine still puts the power to the rear wheels via a
dual gate automatic shifter. The original color still resides on the
car even though it did have a lacquer paint job nearly 20 years ago.
The original factory paint is still in the engine bay and trunk with
the original paint markings on the fire wall and stamps on the front
fenders. Tracked down through six owners to the original with copies of
all titles and showing this GTO spent its entire life in North
Carolina. Inside is AC, black vinyl interior and AM/FM radio. Sitting
on rally wheels with bias ply red line tires controlled by power
steering and power brakes. This survivor GTO is stunning and has
