@Lyddonick I am not from Watson gym, I don't represent Poliquin in any way, but truth be told the man knows his stuff when it comes to training, nutrition etc. I have two of these kettle bells and after people had watched me use them, they wanted to get involved. I now have 2 and at least 6 others hand bought one as a result. They cost nothing when you consider it will last for the rest of your life.

@Lyddonick If you are Strength Coach who likes to use standard kettle bells, you know that one of the draw backs are the pounding the kettle bell takes on a person's wrists doing some of the basic movements. With this type, it virtually eliminates that problem and adds another dimension at the same time with the addition of the revolving handle. With the revolving handle it allows the weight to keep freely moving in a way that is akin to using chains when the chains are not on the ground.

@Lyddonick i use a leather rope with plates tied to it, much more versatile and cheap haha.
the poliquin bars are fantastic quality though and a worthwhile investment

"Very low price"?! Unfortunately my last few bank raids weren't quite as productive as I'd have liked, consequently I can't shell out £85 for a funky dumbbell. Not even one with rotating grip
