Streets of Willow Track day on VTR1000F

With MotoJeepney at the famous Streets of Willow Track at WS International Motorsports Park, taken on August 6, 2011 around noon. Used GoPro HD at resolution 5, attached by suction cup. Weather was sunny with a refreshing breeze. I was in Group C, the begginer group. I was riding a 1998 Honda VTR1000F SuperHawk with Dunlop Q2 tires at 31 lbs of pressure.
I was very anxious to experience my first track day that even after a glass of white wine I managed to get only a couple of hours of sleep. All I could think was how my lack of sleep was going to make me unsafe at the track. It's funny how adrenaline works though. I ended up having a fantastic time, gaining confidence passing and being passed (mostly being passed). I can see myself coming back for track days in the near future. It's the cheapest and safest adrenaline rush on two wheels.
