@uralman58 I was wrong about the transmission voltage then. Even higher than what I read. Must be newer transmission.

@Nivicoman Our workers wear guard against arc flash explosion,too.But it more simple than this.I've saw in Russia electrical transmission lines 500 kV. Were built 2 lines long ago (Soviet Union), 1500 kV direct current (2414 km) and 1150 kV alternative current (2700 km).If they working now completely,I don' know.

@uralman58 To guard against arc flash explosion. Despite precautions and procedures sometimes there is a severe fault resulting in short circuit and blast. I've read that in Russia there is 1,000,000 volt transmission.
