  • how can i take 3 different exposures (AEB)? whenever i do the settings from menu and try to click i just get only 1 shot. i have a canon 450D. plz help

  • @UAQCID Hi, if I remember correctly, the 450D only takes one picture at a time. So, by default, the first picture taken is the middle exposure, the second time you click the shutter will be the under exposed shot, and the third press should be the over exposed shot. The camera won't automatically take three pics, you have to press the shutter button three times. I hope that helps.

  • @UAQCID allow me to add this to @Ibguides response: you can choose the continuous shooting mode and hold the button down, alternatively, you can set the camera to self-timer and it will automatically take three shots

  • @7irz Very true. Thanks for the comment. I also forgot to mention that you can change the exposure increments using the custom functions. The increments can be either 1/2 or the default 1/3 stop.

  • you cant do this on Manual right? I always get almost blak images on Manual unless I dicrease the shutter speed... how d oI fix this? thanks.

  • @ptlofts Hi,

No, there's no exposure compensation control when using the manual mode. The only way to compensate for the exposure is to adjust the shutter or aperture or ISO, or a combination of these. decreasing the shutter speed is certainly one way to increase the exposure compensation. I'm assuming there isn't much light in your scene. Maybe try increasing the ISO too. I hope that helps.

  • Great videos.

I panicked cuz i tried doing this in Manual mode but was getting black pictures, until i increased the ISO to 400. If you could mention this during the video it would be helpful.

Thanks n keep up the good work.
