With the ferry service on orange alert we left Oban for Colonsay on the understanding that if the wind increased above the current Force 6 then the trip may have to be abandoned...

  • Yes it was a perfect trip there and back. I use an Apple iMac and the i Movie programme to edit my movies. I speak into the microphone that is embedded in the computor.

  • Thanks. The music is taken from iLife sound effects

  • Thanks for setting the record correct. My mistake.

  • Nothing like brasing sea air to make you sleep at night , looked like a wonderful crossing. How did you do the voice-over?

  • Some nice shots and good camera work.

Perhaps text would have been better than the voice over. Also please include credits for music you use. Musicians need to eat too. Help them reach a larger audience by acknowledging their work.

That said, the music you used was well chosen and your skillful editing captures the mood of this beautiful, ever-changing part of the world.

  • this is the isle of mull for sure you can clearly see it is

  • You were on the 'Isle of Mull', not 'Clansman'.

  • This looks like the MV Isle of Mull, well during the berthing and departing shots.

The Clansman has an open car deck at her stern and the Isle of Mull does not.
