  • Smoke that shit B

  • Thank you Mr Lawrence Holmes for passing on one of your family BBQ secrets! Thank you 'Papi' Emet for allowing your knowledge to be passed on thru Lawrence. Some folks are very secretive and selfish about their recipes and know how. Peace, prosperity and long life! Here in SE AZ Mesquite is abundant. (About Knowledge~ here a little there a little.)

  • Soak that log a year and it will do absolutely nothing for the log...it will discolor the water though ! Boats were made from wood for hundreds and hundreds of years for one very good reason....and that reason contradicts his whole claim for making this video !

  • Thank You Sir for that Wonderful Tip. If I am Ever In north Hollywood.....

  • BTW - he's trying to BBW - instead of smoke. LOL

  • See, his problem is A - he's in California, and B, he's trying to do something different than his daddy.

Anybody that smokes meats knows you don't put moisture on the wood, but you DO put moisture in the smoking chamber somehow.

  • wood does not soak up liquid as he is claiming to be, no matter for how many weeks u let it submerged into water.

  • soul food is da shit

  • I think this guy is a wannabe actor, pretending he's someone who knows something about barbecue, because I just learned absolutely ZERO.

  • Take your wood and use a diffrent grip on the shaft.

  • smoke it G!
