How do you get the exhaust to pop on overrun? I don't know whether it's just because this video is clearer than other dyno runs or not? I've heard cars such as the Ferrari F40 and other rear-engined cars do this but not many other front-engined 2JZ's cars. Or is it just a setting in the ECU?

@overboostedlebaron You dont want to run that much boost and power as a daily. have fun being at the gas station a lot. u will be like those guys with pce of shit v8s that get 8 mpg

Straight up.
Second run of for this JZA80 at Autosalon, Melbourne, Australia.
First run - 860hp, shut down due to boost blockage, problem found, 2J started.
Second run - 1251hp, a number Jodie wasn't expecting.
45psi from a Garrett GT55, all day long.
1845Nm to put down, fucking insane, and also all day long.
I love this Supra, again, all day long.

hey you 2J guys, I don;t know much about 2JZs, do the blocks from the 2JZ come with a closed deck from the factory? I think the blocks are cast Iron right?

They are 3/4 closed and made from high nickel cast Iron.
